The annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival is almost at a close (the last day is Jan 31st), and I definitely got to try my fair share of food.

Barre Fitness tasked me with covering some of the healthier, sustainable, and of course delicious, options at some of Vancouver’s best and newest establishments.

Another awesome thing during Dine Out Vancouver was the Chef Soup Experiment…

About 50 Chefs/Media were asked to bring an ingredient to Edible Canada and the culinary school would take them all and make them into a soup, that they would then serve up to the public.

I brought kale…and the soup was actually pretty awesome. Read more on my VIA blog post here.

A few weeks back I got to go on a Dine Out Vancouver - Dine Around. We went to forage (have the chowder, its amazing), Cork + Fin, and Fray…and ate a lot of delicious food…examples above…also, Dine Out runs until the 3rd of February, so get out there and eat Vancouver!
