Baked Apple Dish
Vegan & Gluten Free (but full of nuts) Granola Bars!
Made for the Barre Fitness blog on #TastyTuesday.
They are actually delicious, and really easy, and I loved wrapping them like this because it mean I got to share with the instructors and they were super easy to grab on the go.
“New Year, New You” and all that jazz. I’m mostly concerned with getting my knee back into some kind of shape (I was hit by a car in October).
Luckily Barre Fitness is doing another challenge: 20 classes in 30 days.
Top that off with my blogging for them, I’ll be eating clean as well. Which is good after a month of traveling in Europe and Ontario.
Speaking of which, I’ll be posting photos from my trip up here soon. Keep an eye out this week and the next.
